This site may be reader-supported in future. Some outbound links may become affiliate links. We are applying to the programmes listed below, but no partner account is active yet: every commercial link currently goes to the provider's official page without a tracking code, and we earn nothing from it. If a programme is approved, the provider may pay us a commission, and you would still pay the same price as going direct.
What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link may contain a tracking code that tells the provider which publisher referred the visit. If you then buy a product, the provider may pay the publisher a commission. It is a form of performance advertising. We use the label “May be an affiliate link · programme application pending” next to commercial calls to action, and the link itself carries rel="sponsored nofollow noopener" in the HTML. Today none of those links contains a tracking code.
Programmes we are applying to
The site covers US LLC formation services. We are applying to the programmes below. Their public terms are listed for transparency; the commission figures are the programme's published figures, not a promise of what this site earns, and no commission has been paid to date.
| Programme | Network | Published commission |
|---|---|---|
| Northwest Registered Agent | Awin | $150 business formation; $100 standalone registered agent; $50 EIN without SSN; $25 EIN with SSN |
| Tailor Brands | HasOffers | $50 Lite / $150 Essential / $250 Elite per LLC formation |
| Firstbase | PartnerStack (per its partner pages) | $40 per incorporation, monthly payouts |
| doola | PartnerStack | Up to $1,000 per referral, VIP tiers; base rate not public |

What we do not do
- We do not sell rankings. A provider cannot pay to be called “best” or to move up a table. The comparison is based on public prices and features.
- We do not change the price of a product. The provider sets the price; the commission comes out of the provider's margin, not your invoice.
- We do not publish fake testimonials or “verified” badges. The reviews are based on public pricing, terms and help documentation, not on a paid engagement with every provider.
- We do not use cookies ourselves. The site has no analytics, no newsletter and no contact form. An affiliate network may set a cookie after you click a link and land on the provider's site; that is governed by the provider's cookie policy.
- We do not give legal, tax or insurance advice. The content is general information. Use a qualified adviser for your facts.
How a labelled link will work once a programme is approved
Until a programme approves this site, a labelled link simply opens the provider's official page: there is no tracking code and no commission. If a programme is approved and we later switch the link to a tracking URL, the provider or its network may record that this site referred the visit. If you then buy a service, the provider may pay this site a commission. The commission is paid by the provider and does not change the price you see. We do not receive your name, address, card details or tax information; at most, an affiliate dashboard reports that a referral converted, sometimes with an order value and a date.
Most outbound links are not commercial. Official sources such as the IRS, FinCEN, state secretary-of-state offices and provider help pages are linked for verification and earn nothing. Only links carrying the commercial label may become affiliate links.
Why we label every commercial link
A label lets you decide whether to click before you leave the page. It also keeps the editorial and commercial parts of the site separate: the comparison table, the reviews and the calculator are written from public prices and terms, and a commission does not move a provider up a ranking or remove a criticism. If a provider's terms change, the page changes with them, whether or not an affiliate programme is active.
Editorial independence
The guide is written for a European founder who wants to understand the real cost and the compliance calendar. If a provider's price rises, the table should change even if the commission is attractive. If a provider's terms are unclear, the review says so. Corrections are welcome at Tomasz Dziedzicki, contact: tomasz.dziedzicki@gmail.com.
Questions
If a link is not labelled, treat it as a normal editorial link. If a labelled link goes to a page that does not match the description, report it. The disclosure applies to the whole site, including the home page, the comparison, the reviews and the calculator.
